Olivia Fion[Nuala] De Santis

Olivia De Santis combines a background in neuroscience and global business with an informed understanding of luxury and hospitality. Her expertise brings a focused approach to brand growth, partnerships, strategy, and event curation. Olivia earned her degree in neuroscience with a minor in business economics from the University of Southern California. Her research at both USC and UCLA, focused on human decision making, was published in international journals.

Seeking a broader view of luxury markets, Olivia completed her Global Master’s in Management at the London School of Economics, while earning a joint degree from Bocconi University in Milan. During this time, she consulted for Cartier, offering strategic insights for limited-edition watch partnerships and supported the brand at Watches and Wonders in Geneva. Her interest in hospitality led her to pursue certifications from the Court of Master Sommeliers and WSET, culminating in a dissertation on consumer behavior in the luxury wine industry.

Olivia later represented the Harlan Family in Napa Valley, refining client experiences at Promontory Winery through neuropsychology-informed insights. An ambassador and writer for Haute Living, she covers motorsport and culinary events, as well as luxury experiences. Olivia divides her time between Yountville and Palm Beach, but visits her family in the Hamptons, Italy, and France often.
