Last year, about 8,000 acres of Napa vineyards, nearly a fifth of the valley, went unharvested. Due to cancelled contracts, expensive harvesting costs, and diminishing wine sales, many wineries left fruit on the vine to protect their margins. Domaine Gemdrop provides a sustainable, elegant, and hospitality-driven solution to this ongoing issue. 

Domaine Gemdrop saves wine grapes that would otherwise go to waste and transforms them into a delicious and beautiful product. Gemdrops are terroir-driven sweets made from just four ingredients: red wine grapes, local honey, and a sumac-sugar coating that gives them a bright sophisticated finish.
